Welcome to ShopS&B (shopsandb.com). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

1. About Us

ShopS&B is an online store selling jewelry, watches, perfumes, and related accessories, based in Sunyani, Ghana.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You may need to create an account to place an order on the Site. When you do, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current information (name, email, phone, delivery address)
Keep your login details confidential
Be responsible for any activity that happens under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that provide false information or are used fraudulently.

3. Products & Pricing

All prices on the Site are listed in Ghana Cedis (₵) and are fixed; we do not negotiate or offer off-site pricing.
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, materials, and details accurately, but slight variations (e.g. due to screen display or handmade elements) may occur.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, and to limit quantities on any item, at our discretion.
Availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. In rare cases an item may sell out before we process your order, in which case we’ll contact you about a refund or alternative.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you’re making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (e.g. in cases of suspected fraud or stock issues).
Payment is accepted via mobile money (MoMo), bank transfer, or other methods listed at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we don’t store your full payment credentials.
An order is confirmed once payment is received and verified.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs vary depending on your location and the courier used, and will be shown at checkout or communicated directly.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you once the item is handed to the delivery courier.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled according to our separate [Refund & Returns Policy], which forms part of these Terms.

7. Warranties

Unless stated otherwise on a specific product page, items are sold without an extended warranty. If an item arrives defective or damaged, it’s covered under our Refund & Returns Policy rather than a separate warranty. We make no guarantees beyond what is explicitly stated in a product listing or our returns policy.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Site’s security or functionality
Copy, resell, or scrape content from the Site without our permission
Provide false information when placing an order

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site including images, product descriptions, logos, and design, belongs to ShopS&B or our licensors and may not be used without our permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShopS&B is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased, beyond the value of the order in question. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above when changes are made.
